FXIP is very exciting area of our Commercial business, which is growing fast and with a high focus on the Framework for Winning.
The FES International Onboarding Operations team are responsible for onboarding and the on-going administration support for UK International Payments Clients. In this position you'll join a team providing exceptional back office and front-line support to clients, who use our Cross-border Payment products.
FXIP Operations team work on Salesforce and FXOPS (GEMM) platforms. We also use our Counterparty Bank platforms, validation platforms such as Experian, Graydons and International payment formatting guides and tools. We work closely together with Global Sanctions Group, Risk, Sales and Account Management teams. We pilot new Cross-border payment products and closely collaborate with other Commercial business units.
Responsibilities include onboarding and reactivating clients. Client maintenance and business support. Ability to flex between teams as required to support Payment processing as needed. Required to attend calls with key partners and deliver training to new starters.

What you will need to thrive:
- Previous experience working in an onboarding or KYC, Fraud or AML environment would be a plus
- A sound working knowledge of FXIP Products and Services is ideal but not essential.
- An understanding of onboarding and reactivating clients; has worked in an administration role, can demonstrate knowledge of the varying company ownership structures and has a strong understanding of the current directive and specific market related requirements in place when onboarding FXIP clients.
- End to end knowledge of the FXIP platform and onboarding process.
- A good working knowledge of Salesforce as a Client Relationship Management tool is desirable.
- Attention to detail is key and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst working under pressure
- A pro-active and flexible approach to work. Will take personal accountability and work with their team to ensure the clients journey meets expectation.
- A high level of numeracy in addition to knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Creative problem solving, interpersonal, listening and organisational skills are required.
- Ability to work in a very high-pressured environment
- Excellent telephone manner and exceptional focus on customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team ensuring team goals are achieved
