The Strategic Insights team partners with senior leaders across the enterprise to develop insights that enable decisions for delivering the best product, marketing, and experiences to meet its growth goals. The Amex Insights team offers the opportunity to drive a wide range of business initiatives, including top strategic priorities, customer acquisition and engagement, product, marketing, and sales development by collaborating cross-functionally across the org. Additionally, Strategic Insights function as a talent incubator for the rest of the American Express with top-notch talented consultants who strive for excellence every day.
The Senior Manager, Strategic Insights will develop insights that inform decisions for a critical line of business. This individual will deliver against an insights agenda to inform the business’s top strategic priorities, and drive improved, measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an actionable insights agenda that informs strategic priorities
- Deliver actionable insights rooted in insight and analytics
- Communicate insights in a compelling way to inspire action
