The Network Product Development Team is a critical part of the NAS organization, and is accountable for leading the strategy, design, development, and ongoing management of Network products, services, and capabilities.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a talented product analyst to support a global product development function focused on driving the enablement of Safekey, a smart anti- fraud technology service based upon the industry EMVCo 3 Domain Secure (3DS) standard.
We are seeking an Analyst to support the product strategy and development for our anti-fraud solution with the aim of driving business growth while ensuring best-in-class experiences for our partners and customers. You are someone with a good ability to handle and manipulate large quantities of data from multiple systems, identifying customer behaviour/trends through data analytics. You are a strong communicator and collaborator who is equally adept at talking to developers, engineers, marketers, and customers. You are not afraid of pushing boundaries to achieve the best product experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the monthly reporting of product metrics, KPIs, financials and individual project status.
- Monitor the health and compliance of the product, working closely with Technologies, Operational and Compliance teams to drive operational efficiencies and minimise failure points.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of product and supporting functions.
- Support the quarterly control testing and identify areas for control enhancements.
- Facilitate targeted communications to our 3rd party product providers.
- Lead and support ad-hoc projects to deliver on the wider product roadmap.
