The UK Consumer Acquisition & Digital team is passionate about acquiring new Cardmembers and generating revenue through digital channels & marketing, with a focus on our prospect and customer needs. The Digital Acquisition Marketing Executive will support continued innovation of our “always-on” digital channels, to drive continued growth in acquisition volume and improvements in investment efficiency.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Support growth of UK acquisition through activity in paid media channels (Search, Social Media, Affiliate and Display Media)
- Contribute to the acquisition strategy for UK Consumer by identifying and proposing new insights
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and deploy targeting & bidding strategies, ad-tech capabilities, and creative messaging to excite and convert prospects
- Maintain and implement a pipeline of test-and-learn opportunities to increase growth
- Support forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis
- Work closely with agencies and advertising platforms
Essential Skills:
- Marketing experience, including agency management and briefing
- Experience of media planning across online channels
- A good understanding of the creative development process
- Highly motivated, independent and proactive, confident in leading projects and campaign delivery
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Analytical skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication
- Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills – finding a way around obstacles and challenges with a positive attitude
- A conscientious team player
Desired skills:
- Hands on experience with managing campaigns
- Proficiency in analysing data and generating valuable insights
- Curiosity about the financial services industry
