Accertify is growing globally, and we are looking to add a Strategic Partnerships Manager to our fraud-fighting team.
How will you make an impact in this role?
The Global Strategic Partnerships Manager will concentrate on effectively managing and enhancing the power of current gateway and distribution partnerships. You will create original deal structures, employ consultative selling methods, and consistently communicate with our partners and end merchants to continue fostering and expanding our relationships. Additionally, you will act as a representative and advocate for our partners and end merchants across various business lines.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Driving top and bottom-line partnership sales results for the company through our strategic partnerships
- Grow and retain revenue from our existing partners who have minimum contractual commitments
- Build out and scale up our high-potential partnerships with particular focus on the SME space while effectively monetizing existing assets
- Review underperforming partnerships and draw up an action plan to address our requirements
- Key Partner Account Plans - Clearly define the measures of success for each Partner, with key milestones to help our Partners deliver against these measures.
- Work closely with Sales teams and partners to coordinate sales opportunities and to launch/accelerate customer acquisition
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous payments or fraud industry experience, preferably with partnerships, account management, sales, and/or business development
- An understanding of the end-to-end fraud proposition
- A strong background in handling large Partnership relationships: including contract negotiations, experience working with legal teams, and delivering business reviews
- Experience formulating strategic alliances, building partnership models & structuring partnership deals
- High-level executive presentation skills with the ability to gain credibility and trust from VP & C-level decision makers and influencers within the client organization
- The ability to challenge the status quo in a fast-paced environment, by thinking beyond classical selling parameters to build innovative approaches, solutions, and “win-win” scenarios in securing new client business
- Outstanding communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with various groups including customers and internal partners throughout the organization
- Preferred educational requirement: bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field
- 5+ years of payments, partnerships, or fraud experience is highly preferred
