The Manager will work within the Employment Tax Team in Colleague Services & Digital Capabilities (CSDC) supporting the team to deliver and be responsible for advisory, compliance and audit activities across for certain markets within the EMEA Region along with providing some broader support to this global team.
The Manager will work within the Global Employment Tax Team to provide advisory support, lead, and coordinate certain “off payroll” compliance processes and handle any employment tax audits, queries as well a support tax filings being done by the payroll team or the finance teams across the region.
The Employment Tax Team’s primary functions are:
- To provide advisory support to the business & Colleague Experience Group (CEG) partners (Colleague Total Reward & Wellbeing and Global Talent Acquisition)
- To handle compliance related to Fringe Benefit Returns/Employer Payroll Tax Returns
- To handle large scale employment tax audits
