How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Responsibilities Include:
Work with key partners, colleagues and leadership to define and implement a product roadmap with clearly defined business metrics and targets
Translate product requirements into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria
Help create a Product backlog for the core platform, APIs and data quality
Partner with technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
Communicate and build consensus across disciplines in crafting the product roadmap
Enable cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams within the product scope
Appropriately identify and raise risks, challenges, opportunities to advance the team
Prioritize and maintain a backlog of features and enhancements consistent with the Outcomes
Minimum Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in platform Product Management
Strong technical knowledge of back end systems and APIs
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive decision making, collaboration and alignment
Able to communicate business requirements and customer needs to engineering teams for feature refinement
Passionate about the importance of data quality and data architecture
Ability to make strategic decisions that are backed up by data analysis
Agile and SAFe methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Good data analytics skills
Experience working with compliant record retention is a bonus
