As the Analyst of Enterprise Agentic Search, you will play a key role in supporting the operationalization and advancement of American Express’s enterprise-wide strategy for the next generation of Search. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Agentic Search, you will help execute and scale initiatives that enhance discoverability, performance, and customer engagement across AI-driven, agentic, and traditional search ecosystems.

  • Coordinate and track progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

  • Contribute to day-to-day execution of initiatives, maintaining alignment with enterprise Search goals.

  • Support program governance through documentation, tracking tools, and status reporting.

  • Help maintain timelines, workflows, and communication across cross-functional teams.

  • Assist in managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder updates to support successful delivery.

  • Collaborate with partners across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data Science, and Servicing to support execution of Search initiatives.

  • Monitor developments in AI-driven discovery, conversational agents, multimodal search, and emerging answer engines, and synthesize key takeaways.

  • Help drive adoption of best practices through documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing efforts.

  • Assist in evaluating and supporting the use of search enablement platforms, insights tools, and experimentation frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in SEO, analytics, digital marketing, product support, or related domains.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and search ecosystems (SEO/SEM/AEO/GEO)

  • Exposure to modern search transformation—including AI-driven search, conversational agents, or generative AI.

  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with marketing, product, analytics, or technology teams.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
