We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to support the execution of our migration strategy to the new acquisitions platform across international markets. • Lead cross-functional migration initiatives, managing dependencies and driving progress across complex, enterprise-wide environments

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across technology, risk, compliance, marketing, and market teams

  • Mentor and develop Product Owners/Analysts, enabling them to effectively lead scrum teams and deliver strong execution

  • Champion continuous improvement in Agile ways of working to enhance delivery efficiency, predictability, and team performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years product management or software delivery experience

  • Strong understanding of digital product development and Agile methodologies

  • Proven ability to drive delivery in complex, cross-functional environments

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority

  • Experience leading or contributing to large-scale initiatives or migrations

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and help resolve blockers and manage dependencies across teams

  • Experience coaching or mentoring Product Owners, Analysts, or junior product team members

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences

  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working across global markets or in large, matrixed organisations

  • Familiarity with platform migrations or modernisation initiatives

  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile frameworks and practices

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; additional certifications in product or agile methodologies are a plus
