What you’ll do
- In collaboration with Finance, improve, simplify and automate the processes of financial accruals, reporting and escalation management
- Provide the first-level analysis and insights on the monthly income statement to suggest actions to CPSS LT
- Develop and implement processes for capturing CAPEX demand, reporting, communications and asset maintenance
- Provide the first-level analysis and insights on capital assets to suggest actions to CPSS LT
- Maintain expert knowledge of AZ contracts process and contacts, provide advice and mentorship to CPSS colleagues on which processes to use for their needs
- Project management of business processes, either regular or one-offs, such as site movement planning and implementation, data management for footprint strategy, and SHE audits
- (Soft) line lead 2 colleagues (finance assistants to coordinate POs and CAPEX)
Essential criteria
- Bachelors degree in relevant subject area
- Significant experience in Business Improvement/ Project Management
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Significant experience in the fields of Finance and/or Procurement
Desirable Criteria
- Advanced degree within field
- Professional certification
- Project management experience
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Significant experience in the fields of Finance and/or Procurement
