What You’ll do
- Responsible for the delivery of the regional sales target
- Accountable for performance development of team
- Works with RBD to define optimal resource mix across the regional to ensure delivery of business goals
- Operational Excellence of the implementation of the Regional and LHE account plans
- Supports the development of regional access
- Supports implementation of agreed clinical practice change partnerships and programs to ensure impact of these programs: for AZ and healthcare system
Key Accountabilities
- Delivery of regional sales targets
- Accountable regional budget management
- Coaches and develops team through performance development
- Managing the effective deployment of resources and integration of the omnichannel strategy
- Pro-actively shares relevant local insight within the Regional Business Directorate, shaping local solutions
- Engagement with key primary care network stakeholders to identify opportunities for practice change at scale
- Support team with advocacy development and mobilisation
- Ensure team’s compliance of AZ governance framework and ABPI Code of Practice
Essential Skills and Experience
- Business qualification or educated to degree level
- ABPI qualified
- Full driving license
- Experience of working in the NHS or a pharmaceutical industry role
- Proven track record of coaching and developing people
- Self-starter, problem solver, responsible for own actions and results
Desirable:
- Scientific qualification
- Wellards NHS diploma
