What you’ll do
You will lead the Pricing and Market Access activities to achieve national market access (e.g. NICE, SMC & AWMSG) to optimise the value for new AZ products, line extensions and indications, and lead activities providing support to the field team to achieve regional and local access
Essential for the role
- First degree in economics, life sciences, mathematics or similar
- Significant experience in Pricing & Market Access
- Working knowledge of key horizon scanning and market access bodies
- Track record of managing and delivering strategy & submissions to market access groups
- Working knowledge of NHS and Department of health
- Evidence of team working and personal accountability
Desirable for the role, but not essential
- Postgraduate qualification in health economics
- Knowledge and experience of therapy areas: cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, dementia, infection, diabetes and oncology
- Basic health economics
- People management experience
- Experience in Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic therapy areas
