What a Global Commercial role at AstraZeneca involves:
Development and execution of strategic marketing and commercialization initiatives
Commercial representative on cross functional Global Product Team
Engages regions and key markets to build new capabilities, drive launch readiness and commercial excellence
Development and global implementation of brand strategy, brand positioning, launch plans/programmes, forecasts and KPIs for a specific disease area
Collaborate closely and influence cross-functional partners (e.g. Insights, Access, Medical, Sales, Training, Corporate Affairs) in support of tumor strategic/operational plans
Develop and deliver key brand presentations to leadership
Manage agency relationships, workflow, and commercial budget
Typical experience we look for:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with previous experience in global or in-country marketing
Launch experience
Experience of providing commercial strategic input into early product teams
