The mission of the team is to support the mobility of global talent by making opportunities available to all.This includes providing advice and support to the business in shaping opportunities and acting as the central point of contact for our employees and their families through their move.
In this busy and exciting role, you will provide input to the development of the AstraZeneca International Experience strategy and policy you will be responsible for the implementation at the business area level. You will advise on the reward strategy for talent moves including accounting for relevant immigration, compensation, benefits and tax considerations.
Responsibilities include:
Working in partnership with HR and the business as a trusted adviser to support the development and delivery of talent development strategies and workforce plans
Acting as a subject matter expert on complex cases including the assessment of potential taxation and immigration issues arising from both a corporate and individual perspective
Providing insight into the return on investment of moves though the analysis of data and feedback
Project management of the key elements of an experience through connection with key stakeholders (managers, HR, vendors and employees and their families)
Leading experience enhancement through the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities
Requirements:
Experience of project management in a customer facing role
Experience of living and working abroad would be an advantage
Strong stakeholder management
Calm, logical and systematic approach to dealing with complex issues and situations
Confidence and maturity in handling sensitive situations in appropriate manner
Good project management skills with concern for impact and attention to detail and an ability to prioritise the conflicting demands of a high workload
Acts with integrity and concern for standards
Excellent analytical thinking and numeracy skills
Team player, able to contribute to the motivation and development of others
Effective and confident communicator
Adaptable, with a flexible approach to new concepts
Desirable
Big 4 consulting experience would be highly advantageous
ATT / CTA qualified preferred
