As Global Share Plan Advisor, you will be part of the team supporting the Global Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Plan Manager and the wider business in all LTI related matters. The LTI team is responsible for the delivery of the LTI programme, ensuring effective communication, administration, governance and compliance of all plans.
The role covers a wide range of operational, technical and administrative activities associated with the delivery of the LTI programme. You will form part of the Reward & Inclusion (R&I) Centre of Excellence.
The successful candidate will need to be based in the office 3 days a week.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the team with all activity relating to the LTI life cycle for Restricted Share Units (RSUs) and Performance Share Units(PSUs) - annual and quarterly LTI grants together with vesting of LTI awards
Support legal and tax due diligence in relation to the operation of the LTI programme
Support effective on-going administration of award and participant data working with internal functions, AstraZeneca’s Share Plan Administrator and other third parties
Support the business with share plan reporting data as required
Work in partnership with other colleagues in R&I e.g. Executive Reward, Global Mobility, Reward Partnering to ensure seamless delivery of LTI
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues in other internal functions, e.g. Payroll, Group and Company Finance, Treasury, Legal, Company Secretariat to support the delivery of LTI events, address and resolve LTI related queries, escalations and issues
Support the preparation of global annual share scheme tax returns and filings as required
Support the market share purchase for the LTI programme
Communication to participants on all aspects of the LTI programme
Support the cross charging of tax monies and LTI consultancy costs to local countries, including all reconciliations
Support group-wide changes which impact the LTI plans in terms of design or operation
Liaising with participants and being a key contact to address queries on any aspect of their LTI’s
Work to ensure the LTI team has up-to-date documented processes
Support and deliver of ad-hoc projects as required
Essential Skills and Experience
Experience of global share plan administration
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficient in other MS office applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and comfortable using large data sets
Experience of working with third party providers
Experience of working in a diverse and inclusive global environment
Proactive with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills
Desirable requirements:
ICSA Certificate in Employee Share Plans
Experience in working in a HR/Reward, Payroll, Finance or central support function
Knowledge of Workday HRIS
