We have exciting opportunities to work in the Global Breast Cancer Franchise as the Global Marketing Associate Director. Reportinginto the Global Commercial Headyou will work closelywith the Integrated Business Team (IBT) to drive aligned strategy and execution in partnership with global cross-functional partners and Regions.
Key responsibilities
- Drivebrand strategy implementation,tactical planning & budgeting,and detailed execution of global marketing deliverablesthrough theIBT
Lead launch readiness with Regions, including market shaping, scenario planning and delivery of keyinitiatives in time for launch
Partner with Regions to understand performance drivers/barriers and evolve plans to improve thebusiness
Support ongoing insights development and engagement with experts, community HCPs and patient groups. Shape and apply insights to brand strategy and implementation
Drive well-coordinated and high-impact plans for maximizing opportunities at key congresses - collaborating with the GPT and IBT
DevelopBC patient strategies and deliverables, shaping and advancingplans for optimizing the patient experience
Support TA strategy, commercial development and life cycle planning with robust commercial assessments and strategies
Strengthen our BC Franchise: provide leadership to townhalls,facilitate shared findings, and support other engagement and communications efforts
Requirements
- Strong marketing and sales background in a large/mid-sized pharmaceutical market
Validated experience and knowledge of a broad base of external customers including patients, prescribers, payers, providers
Proven use of insights to deliver effective marketing strategies
Effective cross- functional project leadership and influencing skillsto inform, persuade and lead across markets and functions
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities with a high degree of autonomy
Bachelor's degree, preferably in scientific or business discipline

Strong clinical acumen and scientific mind-set

Global marketing /commercial development experience is a plus
Experience working in the Breast Cancer market space would be optimal
Enterprise mindset and focus; strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams across multiple regions
Effective stakeholder and relationship management experience; able to interact and build trusted relationships with multiple levels within and outside of AZ
