What you'll do:
Play a key leadership role in our vision of the future. You'll own and optimize the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain within the tactical horizon for the assigned brand portfolio. You will have ownership of the E2E tactical brand plan across all Supply Chain (SC) nodes, responsible for the supply chain configuration (design) and brand top-line performance (Service, Cost, Inventory).
Lead the brand Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to review the E2E demand, supply, and inventory plan scenarios and make aligned trade-off decisions, to synchronise and optimize node to node across all stages of manufacture. In this role, you will perform complete independent and dependent brand demand validation across the E2E supply chain, as part of the monthly planning cycle.
You'll have responsibility for the brand volume budget (inventory, production, purchasing), ensuring all demand & supply events are reflected. In this position, the role monitors budget adherence throughout the year by gap identification.
Drive continuous improvement and support the future of supply chain planning and work closely with business experts and stakeholders to enhance existing and future functionalities.

Essential skills and experience for the role:
Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience
Extensive experience in supply chain management within the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Packaged Goods, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Electronics, or a related industry
Robust knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes
Advanced Supply Chain (inventory, capacity, and network) planning skills
Experience in Supply Chain Environment (Manufacturing, Planning) and Supply & Operations Planning process
Desirable:
A degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Sciences or Engineering is preferred; equivalent experience will be taken into account.
Bio-pharmaceutical supply chain management
Theoretical & practical knowledge of project management
APICS / CSCP or equivalent certification
Lean certification
