Introduction to the role

As a Value and Access Specialist for HTA submissions, you will be committed to providing high-quality support that enables the development of robust and effective submissions. To achieve this, you will maintain a deep understanding of the external environment and keep abreast of competitor activity to inform our access strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure that our UK pricing strategy is optimal and aligned with changing healthcare policies. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the national healthcare access and policy environment, communicating any changes to the business whilst supporting the creation of tailored value propositions for regional and local payer stakeholders as required, further solidifying our position in the marketplace.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrable record of collaborative working, and personal delivery to agreed timelines;
• Significant leading and influencing skills;
• Understanding of the NHS and customer needs for value demonstration;
• Demonstrable project management skills;
• Good communication skills, including strong written skills

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• More than 2 years healthcare/industry experience
• Masters degree in Evidence based medicine, Epidemiology or related discipline
• UK HTA submission experience
• Advanced Excel and data handling/insight software
• Experience of working with the NHS
