Join our Operations team as a Global Process Expert in the Global Labelling Business Process (GLBP). This role is pivotal to the success of AstraZeneca, ensuring the correct artwork is produced for our packs. You will be part of a global team, collaborating with stakeholders worldwide, to deliver improvements to the Global Labelling Business Process. Accountabilities:

As a Global Process Expert, you will drive process harmonization and use of global standards. You will own key process metrics and lead in coaching and developing technical skills. You will also support the Regional Process Champions and Local Process Experts in maintaining compliance and resolving process queries. Additionally, you will lead process audits across the network and projects to deliver performance improvement. You will also deputise for the Global Process Owner (GPO) when required.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Experience of designing and operating processes for a global enterprise with significant geographical and functional footprint.

• Experience of business transformation driven by process improvement.

• Experience of managing project work streams/subprojects.

• Good understanding of business process management.

• Team working/influencing skills.

• Experience of working in the Pharmaceutical industry in supply chain / manufacturing and / or Regulatory.

• Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Regulatory Practice.

• Experience of Artwork Management processes and systems in a Regulated environment.

• Fluent in English (written and verbally).
