Global BBU Finance Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the planning and reporting of the Global BBU (BioPharmaceutical Business Unit) function expense as well as serving as the key finance business partner for the GMAP (Global Market Access and Pricing) team. You will be an integral part of the Global BBU Finance team. Accountabilities:

As the FP&A manager, you will oversee planning processes for the BBU Global above market Functions and TA, understand and provide insights to the performance as well as implementation of simplification and standardization projects to ensure quality outputs of the Global BBU functions. As the key finance business partner supporting GMAP, you will serve as the financial resource to assist with strategic decisions. In addition, you will be responsible for performance reporting, analytics, and presentation content for actuals and plan data including RBUs and Budget forecast cycles for this function.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Qualified finance professional (or equivalent)
  • Experience of Finance Business Partnering
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including oral & written.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of global and corporate business context
  • Experience of using financial systems to support business decision making (budgeting, forecasting & modelling)

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Pharmaceutical Industry Experience
  • MBA or CPA
