EMEA Regional Process Champion

Are you ready to be part of a team that is accountable for sourcing and supply of externally manufactured products into the AstraZeneca network? As a Regional Process Champion (RPC), you will have oversight of processes and variants within the region. You will be a key player during the design phase for global process standardization and act as a change agent for the relevant business areas throughout the deployment phase. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will work in close collaboration with the Business Process Owners (BPO) and Global Process Owners (GPO) and Axial Enterprise Process Owners / Leads (EPO/EPL) to design process standards and ensure that they are aligned with the strategic direction. You will lead the Regional Network and be responsible for the regional process documentation and approve any updates, aligning these with the relevant technical documentation. You will also maintain oversight of user access for your respective area, including the agreed list of Approvers for all Sites/Functions.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Broad Supply Chain knowledge
- Broad SAP ERP knowledge
- Project management skills
- Significant experience of operating in a global environment
- Able to lead strategic projects and initiatives across multiple sites/teams.
- Strong influencing skills
- Experience in training teams and individuals
- Ability to work with complexity and manage ambiguity
- Experience in Business Process Management, Project and Change Management
- Experience in a procurement environment
- Business Awareness/Acumen
- Business Relationship Management
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- A degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Sciences or Engineering is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered.
- Lean experience
- Proven project delivery
- Demonstrated continuous improvement.
- Experience of working with suppliers.
