We are looking for a dynamic Toll Supply Chain Manager to navigate across timezones and cultures, ensuring our products meet customer requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and manage Toll relationships amidst proposed changes in financial flows for a number of supply chains. The Toll Process Execution Team (Toll PET) exists to own, govern and complete the global internal toll and sell-through business processes, so that we enable supply to customers whilst maximising financial value to AstraZeneca. The current reach is to 8 AZ toll sites and virtual sell-through from 5 AZ Sites with reach across all global regions.

The Toll PET sits in Global Supply Chain and Strategy (GSC&S) within Operations. The Toll PET is responsible for owning, managing and driving key business processes linked to the AstraZeneca Tolling processes and financial sell though processes.

Key Accountabilities

As a Toll Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining supply, setting up new product supply chains, managing shelf life of products at AZ Toll sites, and acting as a point of escalation in major supply issues. You will also be involved in project support, ensuring appropriate set up for new Tolling relationships while maintaining supply to patients at all times. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to all required aspects of controls and compliance, maintain accurate master data for products within your portfolio, and actively participate in the delivery of business objectives & targets.

  • Experience working in a supply chain environment

  • Extensive SAP ERP knowledge and competent use of Excel

  • Basic project management skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience of operating in a global environment

  • Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders

  • Problem solving skills and ability to take initiative for timely action in all respects

  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Desirables for the role

  • Lean experience

  • Demonstrated continuous improvement

  • Experience of Toll and Sell Through Business contract manufacturing

  • Experience of non-SAP supply chain IT systems

  • Experience of IT System testing
