Introduction to role:
Join our Global Quality function as a Program Leader for Inclusion & Diversity, where you will lead the definition, design, and ongoing improvement of the I&D process. This role is pivotal in setting strategic direction for the process and driving it towards that strategic direction. You will be reporting into Operations PMO and will have the opportunity to bring people on a journey to drive positive change and action.
Accountabilities:
As a Program Leader, you will own the definition, design, and management of processes to support the Inclusion & Diversity strategy. You will detail the processes including supporting documents, standards, and procedures. You will establish and lead the I&D Process Network, be accountable for communication, roll out and training, and own process key performance indicators. You will also manage relationships with key partners and ensure all regions are connected to I&D initiatives.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Good understanding of business process management principles
- Ability to shape & influence the way Operations approaches and implements I&D
- Manage senior & cross-enterprise partners and have the ability to influence
- Strong Change Management skills
- Business Process and relationship management skills
- Ability to build inclusion strategies and develop cultural competency
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Broad and deep understanding of I&D and its key processes
- Subject Matter Expertise representing the process
