AWE are looking for 3 strong Co-ordinators to support our Talent Acquisition team. Two co-ordinators will work within our Early Careers team supporting with high volume delivery across the end-to-end assessment and selection processes for graduate, Year in Industry and Apprenticeship recruitment. The third role will support the administration and co-ordination of all AWE external recruitment events across Early Careers and Talented Professional hiring.
These roles are 24 month fixed term contracts.
Location - Reading / Basingstoke area
Package - £23,360 - £27,000 (this can be flexible depending on your suitability and level of experience)

What will you be required to do?
Early Careers Co-ordinators:
- To be the point of contact for candidates and our assessors across the delivery of all 3 early careers and scholarship recruitment programmes.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure applicants are reviewed and progressed in a timely manner using our Workday Applicant tracking system.
- Liaise with our 3rd party recruitment and assessment partners on day to day process delivery
- Play a key support role in the delivery of our final stage assessment centres
- Oversee the contracts/offers process, ensuring our Onboarding team have all the information they need on time, tracking of acceptances and resolving queries
