BGIS is currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Planned Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Garden Island, NSW. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating planned maintenance activities, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise planned maintenance activities across multiple facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to planned maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the facilities maintenance industry.
- Strong knowledge of planned maintenance practices and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
