Proven experience leading management accounting teams and overseeing complex month-end and year-end close processes within a fast-paced organisation
Strong hands-on experience in financial controls, governance, balance sheet management and audit delivery, with the ability to step into operational detail when required
Excellent people leadership skills, with a track record of developing, coaching and empowering high-performing teams while creating an inclusive and collaborative culture
