How can you change it up?

As CityFibre’s Openreach Administrator, you’ll be responsible for organising and submitting key information for your locations. As part of an established team, you’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure they receive an excellent level of service and a timely response to queries. Don't worry, we'll provide all the training and support you need to get up and running. Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:

• Working closely with the stakeholders within your region to ensure they are receiving great service
• Manage data for your area, ensuring it is recorded accurately and to a high standard
• Use effective processes to ensure submissions are compliant
• Support City Teams and the wider business with knowledge of Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA)

We’re open to applications from people at any stage in their career, whether you’re just starting out or looking to make a career change with similar transferable skills. No industry experience is required but it would be great if you could bring some of the below to CityFibre with you:
