You’ll be joining one of our busiest divisions, Network Build, taking responsibility for the submission of Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) data for your given region. Leading a team of administrators, you will ensure KPIs are met. Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:

  • Managing and leading a team of PIA administrators in your region
  • Presenting and providing guidance to stakeholders regarding PIA performance and processes
  • Driving improvement in KPIs through process improvement and automation
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure that quality information is shared and any peaks or troughs in demand are understood
  • Submitting data to Openreach for NAs/NOIs
  • Supporting the City teams and wider business with their knowledge and understanding of PIA
