How you’ll change it up

Our Assistant Quantity Surveyors play a vital role in delivering digital infrastructure across the UK by building strong, collaborative relationships with our build partners and teams, ensuring a smooth process and maximum quality across every build. • Working alongside the team to assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
  • Helping to support the authorisation and submission of project variations
  • Attending and running meetings with the Build Partners and internal teams
  • Assisting in the assessment of the monthly application for payment and certifying payment
  • Attending site visits where required

What you’ll bring to the role

Our Quantity Surveying team are key players when it comes to commercial and contractual decisions, so you’ll need good contractual experience with NEC or other bespoke forms of contracts, plus:

  • Good commercial acumen
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
  • Ability to use data to provide financial reporting with actionable insights
  • Presentation and report writing skills
  • Ideally, a background in telecoms, civil engineering or utilities

We’re looking for people who don’t settle for ‘good enough’ and push things forward. If you’ve just found yourself thinking, ‘I’d love to do this’, we want to hear from you. Let’s change it up.
