How you’ll change it up
We’re looking for a driven and organised Project Controller to work alongside the Build Manager and Project Controls Manager, playing a crucial, hands-on role in delivering Fibre To The Home rollouts across the cities you are aligned to. You’ll have a complete overview of each project, flagging any potential issues and driving improvements to our processes, helping us deliver fibre faster and more efficiently. Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, working within strict change control guidelines
- Coordinating the project activities by working with all stakeholders, enabling flawless project execution
- Monitoring and managing progress against the detailed project plan – highlighting potential risks and issues
- Reporting project progress, status, cost, and risk using appropriate tools and technique
- Attending weekly Build Partner and internal progress meetings
What you’ll bring to the role
You will have a proven track record in coordinating large scale complex projects, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate with people at all levels. You will bring some of the below to CityFibre with you:
- Experience of planning and controlling complex, multi-workstream projects
- Experience of devising and delivering mitigations to address key risks
- Ability to develop and manage project budgets and finances
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to prioritise your work to tight deadlines
We’re looking for people who don’t settle for ‘good enough’ and push things forward. If you’ve just found yourself thinking, ‘I’d love to do this’, we want to hear from you. Let’s change it up.
