How you’ll change it up
You’ll join our busy HR team to provide a vital support service for our internal teams and external customers, acting as the first point of contact for HR and ER queries, as well as getting involved in strategic HR related projects happening across the business. Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Responding to employee and manager queries on policies, processes and pay with comprehensive advice
- Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding process, including issuing contracts and any associated administration
- Managing your own portfolio of ER cases through to resolution and providing support to other cases which include absence management
- Coordinating the performance improvement process through manager guidance, driving each case to resolution
- Track and respond to queries using our service desk platform, Fresh Works
What you’ll bring to the role
You’ll be a well-rounded HR professional with particular experience in both employee relations case management and transactional HR processes, and as things move quickly at CityFibre, it’s important that you’re able to juggle multiple tasks at one time, using your strong organisation skills to stay on track and operate within tight deadlines. You’ll also bring the following with you:
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Office 365 programmes
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
