Joining us as a Change Analyst - 12m FTC
As our Change Analyst, you’ll ensure changes to our IT environment are delivered smoothly and efficiently, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and quality. By actively coordinating efforts and maintaining high standards, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly while supporting the identification of future improvements.
You’ll receive a salary of up to £34,000, depending on experience,a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Managing IT changes throughout their lifecycle and analysing Post Implementation Reviews to identify improvements
- Assessing the priority and impact of changes, ensuring adherence to environmental protocols
- Coordinating change approvals, preparing documentation, and chairing and participating in Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Boards (ECAB)
- Liaising with stakeholders to answer queries and ensure clear communication
- Supporting urgent changes and performing impact assessments on scheduled changes
What you’ll bring to the role
A strong grounding in ITIL and change management principles, along with excellent organisational and communication skills. You’ll also have:
- Demonstrable knowledge of ITIL standards and service delivery principles
- Experience with change management methodologies and tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Good understanding of IT platforms, equipment, and applications
- The ability to work flexibly under pressure, using your own initiative
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a keen focus on customer service
