We are looking for Customer Service Advisors (CSA) to join the team at Edinburgh Airport Services. Our team is made up of dedicated and multi-skilled personnel who support thousands of people coming through the airport every day, as well as delivering our day-to-day operations.
- The main focus of your job will be to deliver great customer service to our passengers
- You will become multi-skilled with the flexibility to support a number of different teams
- In the Special Assistance team, you will meet passengers with reduced mobility and support them throughout their journey in the airport
- You will push wheelchairs and help passengers with their shopping or buying food and drink.
- Assist passengers through the car park, check-in, security, arrivals, immigration and bag drop
- In the Terminal Support Team, you’ll be on hand to help passengers with any queries from flight information to directions and onward travel guidance
- You will receive full training to support these different areas of the airport operation

We need people who can support a variety in daily tasks and shift patterns to support our 24/7 operation. Our shift patterns are flexible and include early morning starts (4am) and late finishes to suit our passenger needs, so we need you to be able to get to the airport for these shifts.
