Who we are

Finder is an Australian-born global fintech. Ten million people globally turn to Finder each month to help them make better financial decisions while more than 400,000 rely on the Finder app to manage their money better. Every day, we help people save and make money, and learn something new.

Finder was founded in 2006 by 3 Australians, Jeremy Cabral, Frank Restuccia and Fred Schebesta, and continues to be Founder-led. We’re uniquely positioned as a tech startup that has been in business for over 15 years, with ambitious growth plans as we enter a Web3 future.

Finder co-founders: Fred Schebesta, Jeremy Cabral, Frank Restuccia.

Our team

Finder’s award-winning team of over 600 crew are united by a common goal: to empower people to make better financial decisions. We’re located around the world, with a large presence in Sydney, where we first started, as well as offices in New York, Denver, London, Toronto, Singapore, Adelaide, Manila and Wroclaw.

Our Values

Go live

We have a bias towards taking action.

1Crew

We gladly support our colleagues knowing we are stronger together.

Be straight up

We tell it the way it is to our customers and each other because we know the importance of real information in decision-making.

Master your craft

Be curious and accept that learning is a continuum.

Empower people

We want people to feel empowered to take action with their personal finances, the services they use, and the way they do their job.

Why join Finder?

We recognise that for our crew to do and be their best, we need to offer benefits that support their personal goals, interests and responsibilities outside of work too.

Flexibility

Our technology and systems are set up to support crew working from home in either a hybrid or full-time capacity. 100% of our crew globally work remotely in some capacity.

Parental leave

Becoming a parent is one of life’s biggest moments, which is why we offer a generous gender-neutral paid parental leave policy that is within the top quartile in each market. It’s available to all crew regardless of how long they’ve been with the company and whether they are the primary or secondary carers.

Life leave

We offer an additional 5 days of “life leave” per year for important events and activities such as birthdays, pawternity, wellness, moving house and your child’s first day of school.

Grow with us

Master your craft

We invest in and view learning as a continuous process at Finder. We provide an annual “Master your craft” budget for the crew to continue honing their skills and attend external training, courses, conferences and workshops. We also host a Finder Summit each year for all crew, with international speakers and experts covering topics such as SEO, product, engineering, analytics, marketing, PR and growth.

Go global

With 600+ crew and offices in 9 cities globally, we encourage international collaboration and offer global secondment and travel opportunities.

Equity opportunities

We offer a competitive salary and a chance to own your stake in the company with Finder's Equity Program. We have grown significantly in the last 16 years and we’re just getting started. It’s an exciting time to be joining us on our journey!

Extra perks:

We all perform at our best when we have a comfortable work environment. Finder offers the following to our crew:

  • Free catered lunch in the office each day
  • Pet-friendly office (bring in your furry friend)
  • Fully stocked kitchen with all sorts of snacks and beverages
