Reporting to the Head of Operational Training and Standards, you will be required to complete thorough Training Needs Analysis working with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to design required Health and Safety training. These must be in line with rail industry standards that meet the requirement of the Freightliner business strategy whilst continually improving the Health and Safety training portfolio. The role will involve delivering workplace health, safety, and environmental training, vocational qualifications and non-technical operational training, for both internal and external customers.
