Who are we looking for?
Freightliner is looking for a dynamic and driven individual for this role to join our expanding engineering team. You will be responsible for supporting the Depot and Support teams in their administrative duties including invoicing and general office duties to help the site and teams run smoothly.
On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:
- 2 years of experience general administrative duties or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good IT skills and be able to use excel, word and power point.
- A positive and helpful attitude.
What you key your responsibilities will be:
- Produce reports to ensure all data entry and extraction of maintenance activity within the AMS system is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain the filing for Locomotive/ Wagon maintenance documentation.
- Extract and produce statistical data (KPI’s) from maintenance records for performance monitoring, trend analysis or projects as and when required.
- Develop, improve and maintain key databases relating to production information including training matrix, competency, briefing registers etc.
- Raising and tracking of invoices and purchase orders to be able to collate information to provide financial information to the finance department and depot manager to monitor costs.
