  • Contribute to the review, updating and monitoring of HR policies to ensure legal compliance.
  • Support SOx (Sarbanes‑Oxley) compliance within your area by identifying and addressing any control deficiencies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Previous experience working within an HR environment.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills at all levels.
  • A proactive, driven and solution‑focused approach.
  • Practical, logical and able to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Behavioural Competencies

Works with energy, enthusiasm and a drive to achieve goals. Takes initiative and is proactive in implementing improvements. Embraces new challenges and takes a hands‑on approach. Sets and maintains high standards for themselves and others. Demonstrates integrity, openness and strong governance. Leads by example and communicates with clarity and honesty.

Why Join Us?

  • Gain broad HR experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Contribute to meaningful improvements and organisational success.
  • Work in a friendly, collaborative environment where your ideas matter.
