Join Our Team as a Train Presentation Working Team Leader at London Liverpool Street.
The Role
Within this role you will be responsible for providing clean, safe, and presentable trains through the direct management of Train Presentation team at London Liverpool Street.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of train cleanliness for all interior and exterior train units operated by AEA.
- Monitor daily work in progress and finished work.
- Assess the competency of presentation staff to meet required standards.
- Responsible for delivering company objectives related to: safety, performance, reputation, customer service, costs
- Adhere to AEA values: genuine, professional, inclusive, and pro-active.
- Full flexibility required for operating hours, including early, late, and night shifts.
We’re Looking For Candidates Who:
- Have a friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively
- Are calm under pressure, able to think on their feet, and able to handle various situations
- Possess a “can-do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
- Have team spirit and bring your unique self to strengthen our team and foster a positive work environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required and knowledge of train cleaning processes and methodology helpful.
- You should be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite Application knowledge (Word, Excel)
- Have effective oral and written communication skills.
