- This role involves varied working hours, including peak-time coverage and weekend working.
- This role is area-based in the Norwich area (including Ipswich), with travel as required.
- You must be able to arrange your own transport to ensure timely arrival for early and late shifts.
- You will be required to attend a medical, as all offers are subject to passing a safety critical medical.
- Candidates will be subject to a Right to Work check & DBS check for this position.
- Applicants must be aged 18 and over
- Starting salary: £49,000 per annum (during the 6-month probation period) increasing to £52,000 per annum

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, organised, and proactive Special Events Delivery Manager to oversee the planning and operational delivery of rail services supporting major events across the Greater Anglia network.
This role will have a particular focus on managing services for Norwich and Ipswich football clubs’ fixtures, as well as all other significant events that depend on the railway- including concerts, festivals, and city-wide celebrations.
