With our new, modern, and environmentally friendly trains, now is the perfect time to join us as we elevate the customer travel experience.
This role will involve you supporting our customers by assisting them with using our ticket machines based around the station, as well as guiding our customers on new ticketing technology such as the smart card, and use of our mobile phone app. Full training and uniform will be provided.
- You will be working 25 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday. Shift starts at 0615 and finishes at 11.15am.
- You must be able to arrange your own transport to ensure timely arrival for your shift times.
- Applicants must be over 18 years of age
- Employment is subject to Right to Work and DBS checks, and where applicable, a medical assessment
