Are you an excellent administrator with a strong customer focus and attention to detail?
Do you have strong IT skills and proficient in using Word, Excel and Outlook?
Do you have a high level of communication, organisation and time management skills?
Have you got experience working within a health care or occupational health environment?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical and Administrative Support Assistant to join our dynamic organisation.
You will be an integral part of our busy GTR Health Department, providing all aspects of administrative support to the clinical team. Based at Go-ahead House, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues, managers, and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Monitoring and booking medical appointments
- Electronic records management
- Shared reception duties
- Sending, receiving and allocating all clinical and other correspondence
- Organising and attending meetings
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding reports
- Preparing and sending reports to managers
- Managing external referrals
- Collating and actioning invoices
- Generating weekly reports on KPI's and utilisation
- Collating health questionnaires where appropriate
- Acting as a chaperone where required
