Exciting opportunity to recruit a Chief Medical Officer based at Go Ahead House, near East Croydon Station

About the role:-

Responsible for the excellent delivery of Occupational Health services as the principal clinical occupational health expert to all GTR colleagues. Leading the occupational health team, strategically innovate and grow the occupational health services GTR provides, ensuring Occupational Health meets the future needs of the business. Working with your colleagues to create a thriving organisation, and develop and nurture a safe environment whereby all colleagues can thrive at work. A senior management post within the Safety and Health Department with operational and budget responsibility for the Occupational Health Service.

Reporting to the Director of Health, Safety and Security the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will be a key member of the management team, a trusted medical expert and advisor, contributing to the development of the organisation and playing a vital role in the overall governance and medical leadership of the organisation, whilst demonstrating commitment and ambition towards the provision of first-class patient care and experience.
