We are currently recruiting for a Presentation Manager to join the Train Presentation team at our Selhurst Depot, and to manage and lead a team of train presentation staff safely to consistently deliver high levels of train cleaning, servicing and sanding activities within budget to meet franchise objectives, especially SQR annual targets.

What do we need from you:

Key Role Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Delivery of annual targets for Trains.
  • Manage and lead an effective safety & environmental culture so as to deliver zero incidents.
  • Delivery of all Depot operations and Train Presentation activities (including sanding and seasonal plans) within budget.
  • Delivery of efficient ISO Quality and Environmental Management Systems ensuring accreditation audit standards are achieved.
  • Create a team culture which ensures staff are well motivated, engaged and empowered to continually improve the business measured through employee surveys.
  • Investigate and respond to customer complaints, social media feedback (Twitter, Facebook etc).
  • Support Train Presentation incident management by undertaking on-call duties as required.
  • Completion of other activities as directed by the Head of Train Presentation to support the delivery of GTR's objectives.
