About the role:-
GTR is the UK's largest train operator, responsible for delivering 24% of all UK passenger services; at the heart of GTRs business is industry leading technology helping to build a modern railway. The Product Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Product Manager to deliver system enhancements and related business change, supporting operational teams, and, engaging with stakeholders across GTR to support business readiness.
Can you bring the following experience to this role?
- Programme management or change management qualification.
- Rail experience, with knowledge of Operations and Control.
- Experience working with IT suppliers, including development teams.
- Proven track record working in complex environments to deliver change across functional teams
