If so - we currently have a position within our Talent Acquisition team for 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
In this fast-paced and varied role, you'll:
- Ensure that all candidates receive an excellent recruitment and pre-boarding experience.
- Identify relevant external platforms to promote GTR brand and career opportunities to attract diverse talent through direct sourcing and using external advertising platforms
- Support the building of a pipeline of diverse talent across all roles to support Diversity & Inclusion recruitment strategy.
- Provide real time D&I & Gender data to track progress and identify trends to improve recruitment approaches and channels
- Advise/Influence managers on the most effective attraction and selection strategies to ensure diverse applications for their vacancies and support in their delivery.
