This is a key operational leadership role where you'll take control of depot movements and lead a small team in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment. No two shifts are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing and coordinating all rolling stock movements within the depot
• Leading, motivating and supporting a high-performing operational team
• Ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to plan
• Building strong relationships across teams to keep operations running smoothly

What You'll Bring

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and decision-making ability
• Experience in rail or a similar safety-critical environment
• A proactive, calm approach in a dynamic operational setting
• Flexibility to work shift patterns (early, late and nights)
