Role Purpose
MSO is the leading Mortgage Sales and Originations platform in the UK working across Brokers and Lenders of all sizes to deliver multiple user journeys for mortgage applications. Our first mission is to make mortgage applications easier for everyone.

We're looking for talented engineers to join us and help us to deliver our technology platform strategy as we continually evolve our approach to transform and empower our engineering
culture. We're aiming to provide greater speed, scale and quality in how we deliver to our growing customer base. We are architecting and delivering this through a combination of cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, DevOps principles, micro-services, API development, SaaS adoption, and use of emerging cloud technologies.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on...
Continuous improvement of our release pipeline that enable speed, scale and quality within the delivery of our products and services
Collaboration with development and deployment teams to support the delivery process for new and changed products
Owns and operates services and capabilities where relevant
Provides technical advice and expertise in the use and adoption of delivery pipeline capabilities
Finds better ways of achieving goals, with a view to future technology trends, whilst ensuring existing technology and clients continue to prosper and incrementally evolve.
Takes feedback from customers (internal and external) to guide improvements to the release pipelines
To be successful in this role you will have…
Previous experience within a Release Engineer role
Experience with continuous integration, infrastructure automation, deployment orchestration and Cloud (AWS ideally)
Previous experience with Powershell/Bash, Terraform, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, Git, Buildkite (or other CI/CD tooling)
Ideally you'll be from a development background using an OO language such as C#, .Net, Java
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
