As a Client Service Manager – Associate within Securities Services, you will support a diverse book of clients and work closely with senior team members to ensure ongoing satisfaction. You will help manage governance of products and services, drive client initiatives, and foster strong relationships. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, inclusivity, and professional growth, empowering you to make a difference every day.

Job responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries across all products and manage escalations.
  • Support governance processes, including measurement and monitoring of service levels using KPIs and RAG ratings.
  • Utilize proprietary CRM tools to capture feedback, generate call reports, and track actions to closure.
  • Prepare for periodic client relationship reviews.
  • Ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
  • Prioritize and help bring global initiatives and ad-hoc projects to closure.
  • Coordinate client training on proprietary J.P. Morgan technology.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Extensive experience at a financial services organization focused on servicing institutional clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Global Custody and Fund Services (Traditional, Hedge, or Private).
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to share ideas.
  • Client satisfaction driven with strong client-facing skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive client change across products to completion.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to drive items to closure.
  • Effective at prioritizing, multi-tasking, and working well with minimal supervision.
