The HR Controls, Policy and Infrastructure Team is responsible for supporting the Global HR and Employee Experience organization. As a Control Program Process Re-engineering Lead you will partner closely with Program leads, Employee Relations, Service and Operational teams, HR Product and Technology partners, and Controls and Policy stakeholders to plan and deliver change initiatives; manage global control program requirements, including automation enablement and tooling migration, whist maintaining a strong risk and controls culture and high-quality execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead process re-engineering delivery: Own end-to-end delivery of process re-engineering initiatives, including support for automation adoption
  • Drive migration to new systems/tooling: Plan and execute migration approaches covering process redesign, operating model impacts, governance, control considerations, training, and rollout/cutover while maintaining service continuity.
  • Establish robust change governance: Implement fit-for-purpose governance (delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, decision logs, and executive reporting) to ensure transparent progress tracking and timely escalation.
  • Stakeholder management and influence: Act as a senior delivery partner to Program Leads, Technology teams, Employee Relations, Service and Operations, and control partners; align priorities, negotiate trade-offs, and drive decisions through effective influencing skills.
  • Embed controls and documentation discipline: Ensure changes are designed and implemented with appropriate controls, documentation, and adherence to required standards and procedures.
  • Operational readiness and adoption: Lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption, including communication plans, training needs analysis, materials development, and post-implementation support.
  • Continuous improvement and simplification: Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and improve processes and reporting, reducing manual effort and operational risk while improving quality outcomes.
  • Cross-functional support: Contribute to broader control program management and change initiatives and other strategic projects across HR Controls, Policy and Infrastructure as they arise, providing structured problem-solving, delivery leadership, and hands-on execution.
