  • Chair and represent EMEA governance forums, providing a clear voice on Product, operational performance, technology change, and process evolution.
  • Lead strategic Product and Operations initiatives that advance productivity, process simplification, and automation across the platform.
  • Contribute meaningfully to the firm's annual productivity agenda by driving efficiency and value-creation opportunities.
  • Deliver insight-led analysis for high-impact projects shaping the future of the Global strategic reference data platform, drawing on deep knowledge of IRD and downstream LOB architecture.
  • Partner seamlessly with IRD Product, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver integrated, client-focused outcomes.
  • Own the end-to-end governance agenda for the businesses supported, setting the standard for transparency, accountability, and service quality.

  • Confident navigating complex issues across global, cross-business teams.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and delivery-focused - known for getting things done.
  • Solid domain knowledge of financial products, including Equities, Fixed Income, and/or Derivatives.
